Friend - Bonus is a bonus chapter at the end of Volume 20, Call of Judas, treated as the one hundred and ninety-third and a half chapter in the D.Gray-man series written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino.
Synopsis
As For carries the bloodied corpse of Edgar Chang Martin, she speaks to him as if he were still alive, noting that 'it' (the confrontation between Alma and Yu) was hard and took a while, but that it was finally over. She then wonders if the Order will finally suspend the Second Exorcist Program.
After she wonders this, For starts crying.
She then remembers Tui Chang's last words to her, the woman requesting that For not attempt to intervene and protect them from Alma's wrath, and that everyone in the lab agreed to the request.
Still shedding tears, For comments that the people of the lab were crazy to turn down her protection, calling them fools and stepping back to reveal that she has set Edgar's body down, propped up against a wall, next to his wife, Tui, and joined their hands.
