Matthew (マシュー, Mashū) is a member of the Second Division of the Scientific Section of the European Branch of the Black Order. He is the assistant of Legory Peck.

Matthew is present at the meeting about Alma Karma. He closely listens to the explanations. When Johnny is kicked by Lvellie for vomiting on Legory he accompanies Peck to the toilets.
When the Noahs attack the Branch, he is captured by Cheryl Kamelot's strings and aligned with the others.
